Please let me out... (on hold)

Here I lay in a room I’ve grown familiar with. There in front of me stood a cup of water and next to it was a bowl of cold porridge. I shakily reach for the water, desperately thirsty, as I slowly bring the cup further to my mouth, the vile smell of the cup increases. I sip it three times and I get ready to sip it again, but when no water comes out I hang my head, how foolish of me to think they will give me more water. I crawl back to the corner of the dark, gloomy room and rock myself to sleep.
Alexia was 14 when she got kidnapped. She was quietly reading a book when all of a sudden the door burst open revealing a dark figure. Alexia opened her mouth to speak, but was interrupted by the dark figures hands which travelled to her mouth, she tried to let out a cry but it was no use.
Alexia has suffered 2 years in a dark room with no heating; she got meals once a day which consisted of cold porridge and dirty water.
But what happens when a new boy is takes charge of alexia. He starts falling for her but what will he do? Will he help her? Or will he obey orders?
