Louis hasn't spoken in years, due to being a mute through no choice of his own. His small group of friends are his only friends, no one else stayed around after the accident. Being bullied, and sensitive, does not help the situation either. He speaks through sign language to his close friends, but has to write notes for everyone else. 

Clementine is the new girl, that knows nothing about anyone. But, she does know that she has secrets of her own. 

So, what will happen when he's partnered with Clementine, the new girl who doesn't know him, for an important school project?
