so one day shredder has a brainworm ,that is stronger than the previous one. and want to use it against karai, so he tests it on raphael . And raphael is then under shredders control, so one day when the turtles kill shredder they retreat out of NYC. Many years later they have families and are happy,except of raph he is still under control by the brain worm, and wants to destroy his brothers for shredders honor .
