Worldbreaker Arena is massive. The biggest in all of the world. Thousands of spectators watch everyday, captivated by the brutality. Rumours have spread, however, that the arena is running out of volunteers. Most people dismiss these rumours, simply because there are many combatants everyday. What they don't realize, is that not all participants are volunteers...

What happens when a ragtag band of miscreants rebel against the giant force that is the arena? There is one such group that may reveal the answers. Joined in the arena, these mischievous scrappers took a dislike towards each other, but that was put aside for their combined hatred of a common enemy- the Worldbreakers.

In the heart of Azeroth, where ancient magics weave through verdant forests, icy tundras, and fiery wastelands, an uneasy peace hangs between the Alliance and the Horde. But as whispers of a dark prophecy spread, a new threat begins to stir-a force not bound by faction or allegiance, lurking in the unseen corners of the world. The story follows a diverse party of heroes, each hailing from different factions and regions of Azeroth. Lyara, a night elf druid haunted by dreams of a dying world, joins forces with Aedric, a human paladin loyal to the Alliance, and Tharok, an orc shaman with a troubled past. They are later joined by Zyrra, a cunning blood elf rogue seeking revenge, and Rhogar, a stoic draenei priest guided by the Light. Bound by an ancient prophecy, the unlikely group must put aside their deep-seated enmity and mistrust to unravel the mystery behind the Shadows of the Beyond-a cult of dark magic-users who seek to unearth forbidden powers buried beneath Azeroth. As they travel across the lands, from the whispering forests of Ashenvale to the forsaken halls of Karazhan, they uncover secrets that shake the foundations of everything they know about Azeroth's history. But as the echoes of an ancient evil grow louder, the heroes will be forced to confront not only the enemy that threatens their world but also the darkness within themselves. Can they break the cycle of war and hatred before the shadows consume Azeroth, or will their differences tear them apart, dooming the world they love?

A Medieval Action work with a number of different genre as each round's prompts dictate. Battles, Kings, princes, a princess; crowns, plots, twists and turns. Achiever of all the nine belts. WINNER OF ROUND 9 - "A NEW WORLD" Something different for me to stretch my writing skills and get back into one of the things I love most in my life - to create stories. this 'work' idea has been created by Ambassadors here for this "Write to Rank Contest 2022" - each chapter (round) to be written from a prompt given by the contest creators. The first round is a very quick read indeed, - a DRABBLE - a story of exactly 100 words, no more, no less; however much ACTION. ROUND 5 - MORE twists and turns in this unexpected but amazing challenge - mashing up fantasy and action - battles; legends exposed under-cover; flying with eagles; a rare mental condition called today "Boanthropy" - seemingly of fantasy but a historic king suffered 7 years from it! Not a witch - maybe not even an 'Angel' - more human than she seems... "IS IT REAL?" https://www.wattpad.com/myworks/312958420/write/1244685929 UPDATE - ALL required NINE parts have been written and submitted! Round TEN is needed only by those writers who didn't finish any other round - and as at this date, October 25, I have all nine belts. What makes a hero? Valorous deeds that aid all of the people of the world, right? We know of the legends the bards tell every night in taverns across the wide world of Terra, but they speak of nobility, and grand acts of wisdom and acts worthy of song. What if real heroes weren't like that? Enter Terrra, a world where heroes are just like you and I, save for the fact they can battle fearsome undead and monstrous demons and not soil themselves. Well, they might do that last part too... but they save the day, in the end, right? Read this if you wish to see what the bard's cut out when composing their next epic poem...
