In this sinister short story, we dive into the curse of a 27 year old prodigy; James Dudley, a young music professor, sets out to take on a national competition where Universities compete to win a $10,000 reward to the school, only to find out that he is in the mist of life or death. Only at the age of 27, he begins to realize that the only reward is his ability to conquer his delusions and reality.
