In a world where everyone is born with an ability there are downfalls. 

Lance McClain is the only person with extreme luck, he believes he is not worth anything. I mean there's an intergalactic space war that he has to win, and having "extreme luck" is not very helpful. 

As Lance grows older he meets new challenges. Challenges with a teacher of his, a boy named James, his sexuality, and the Garrison. 

Will he be able to balance the struggles of being a teenager and saving the universe? 

He does have luck on his side, so who knows what could happen?
