Set within the fantasy world of Muinides, there are five different kingdoms. The Kingdom of Adrilalath with Magi, the Kingdom of Gleiwia where many of the Humans live though there are very few Magi, the Kingdom of Sutus where Dragons and the Sub-Dragons are known as Dragaroks, the Kingdom of Zaerith where Lycanthropes and Beastmen clans live, the Kingdom of Qetia where Ice Wraiths live with very few Humans and the Kingdom of Lovbium where Vampires and the Undead live.

For many years, these five Kingdoms have been at war with one another. This has been going on for so long that no one remembers why they have been fighting for all these years. So, to try to fix things with each other, they will have a peace treaty drawn up and the Princess of the Kingdom of Adrilalath will marry the Prince of the Kingdom of Gleiwia since these two Kingdoms are the largest within the five. But unknown to anyone, there is a dark shadow that is starting to cover the minds of those within the Kingdoms. Darkness is slipping into the animals, plants and even people changing them and corrupting them into monsters. Will the royal families be able to stop this darkness from destroying their kingdoms?? Or will darkness cover the world of Muinides??

OF KINGS AND PAWNS

84 parts Complete

Ray is low on time, luck, and hope; his only chance is an artifact that may not even exist. But upon meeting Landon, Ray is beginning to believe he might find all four. ***** Cambions are doomed to tragedy. They are weak, sickly creatures that rarely live to see their twentieth year. Ray refuses to resign himself to that fate. Upon learning of the Crimson Sheath-an artifact capable of preserving his life-Ray is prepared to fight, steal, and kill to get his hands on it. He is not prepared for Landon. Landon is an orphan with no memories of his parents, the only inheritance left to him a dagger, sleeping in a crimson sheath. Though he has no love of bloodshed and no use for a dagger, Landon isn't about to let Ray take his only link to his forgotten history, even if that means following the cambion past the edge of the world and into the shadow beyond.
