In the year 2064, a new drug is released to the public, Remeforn, for the purpose of curing AIDS. It was only a matter of time before the whole world was hooked on it. But things took a turn for the worst when the drug caused a devastating mutation in the minds of its users, causing them to grow the desire to attack and devour others around them. 

Mothers eating their children, husbands eating wives; civilization was left in ruins. The only ones who survive are those who can fight and are immune. Luckily for Rox, she's both. Traveling with her younger sister Amanda, they fall upon a stranger who brings them into a world worse than anything the mutation could have caused.
