The Black Death (you) got trapped inside the dungeon with a childhood friend "Alex" (I don't know the royal guards name). You two have been there for 4 years. Since the dungeon killed the both of you two were ressurected and will never age. Then Ozpin assign team RWBY to explore the dungeon you and Alex were trapped in.
