While on a mission for Circus with Nai and Yogi, Gareki sees a strange creature that he's never seen before. The creature is taken to the Circus ship for examination and is discovered to be a species that was long since belived to be extinct.

The three are tasked with taking care of her since it would be a missed opportunity to have her die without them knowing any information.
