When shinichi was about 8, Tochi disappeared and the kurobas stoped coming to visit.

Now shuichi is 18 and has taken down the black organization and has been asked to help take down a organization called the MLK but a twist has happened. The Kaito kid that's been stealing gems, is one of the MLK's top targets.
