Tara Johnson is not your average mutant. That is not good especially since the current year is 1962, where mutants are barely even heard of and even more so persecuted.
Abused for her entire life Tara is almost about to give up hope when along came Mr. Charles Xavier and Mr. Erik Lensharr came for a visit and saved her.
Now a part of their group to stop Shaw, Tara discovers things she never could before in the dark world she was suppose to call home.
When Shaw finally makes his move, will she be able to keep all that she has gained or lose everything?
