bradley always found herself favouring a female protagonist over a male. she lived for a complex, badass, intelligent, loyal, anything-female. but nobody tops valerie cantalini of redvale. yes, her favourite leading woman from the show 'crimson lake' was an intense assassin who crushed the patriarchy and was comfortable and vocal about enjoying sex, if anyone ever tried to call her a slut for it she ended them swiftly.
but when a strange string of murders burst out around her town, she panics. they follow each other in a similar pattern, targeting the youth. just when bradley is ready to train herself to fight off a potential attacker, she finds herself waking up in redvale. with her head pounding and a heel pressed into her back. the voice that calls out to her can be recognised as only one: valerie.
as she struggles to adjust long enough to survive she must also try to find a way back home. and as for her local serial killer? if only there was someone who was skilled enough to handle the situation. can the bad do good?
