I stepped into my house when I heard a dreadful scream coming from up stairs. I continued walking hurriedly trying to find where the sound was coming from. I heard the scream again, this time it was louder and deadly. There is someone other than me in the house, I just knew it. I went to go investigate but what stopped me was madly horrifying. The door slammed shut abruptly. I turned around to end up face to face with my worse enemy Charlatan. The scary thing was that he was holding my emerald necklace.

INSIGHT ON MAI DIARY
The "Please..." I hear her whimper and I go into full panic mode. "Calm down, okay? Deep breaths. Don't hang up. I'll be with you soon. Where are you?" I rush as I grab the car key sitting on the glass table. I run into the garage with my dad behind me. "What do you need?" Dad asks "A room. A big one." He runs back inside as I hear her voice again.
