Five hundred years ago Klaus lost his chance to become the first vampire werewolf hybrid when Katerina Petrova killed herself becoming a vampire. That wasn't the only thing he lost, he lost someone else, someone who stood by him trough thick and thin, the only person he ever called a friend.
After Taliyah made a decision to help Katerina with running away Klaus was enraged, and soon after Mikael was closing in on them. She chose to stay and lead him in a different direction allowing Klaus to escape in hopes he would one day forgive her.
(I am really terrible at descriptions so please read)
PS: I don't own any of the characters except my own which is Taliyah and maybe couple of more along the way.

Any of you that read my Rewritten of Vampire Diaries would know that it didn't make much sense when I made Kat be human still in Rewritten of Originals.
