Just a small story revolving around some friends of mine, so the story might be wonky.
(WIP) A direct sequel to my first story, Honor and Deceit, we follow a different group of four in search of Ironhide, who have seemed to stray away from their original ideals, leaving them nothing more than deadly mercenaries. Very deadly mercenaries.

Good soldiers follow orders, but true warriors know what is right. Since the start of civilization, soldiers have been a part of every society. They are trained only for one thing: War. Though it is not necessarily a part of the human mentality, it has existed and ravaged over the millenias. Occasionally, a soldier would ask himself: "Why do they fight?" "Is it really worth the lives of our brothers and sisters?" ... Recognizable by the sheet metal hung around their necks. Each Mercenary holds a name and a necklace of their own design. Five out of the thousands of Mercenaries there are, hold a special stone with them, at all times. They are to make sure that the Mercenaries, stay Mercenaries. Rule one and the most important of five: Do not kill anyone not affiliated with the job at hand, "We are Mercenaries, not murderers". Jackson, a Mercenary, been one since he was very young. He is a man that has gained, and earned, respect, to the highest degree. If someone doesn't know who he is, they'll learn. Very, quickly. So will you. So first things first I love being vague so if you don't understand what I'm talking about or something it will probably be explained later so stay with me. Secondly first chapter is complete shite, I would change it but I'm lazy and it sets up my characters so I'm not just gonna delete it. That is until his superior "Vortiger" The leader of the Black Priors, tasks him with an exclusive mission which forces him to get into action. Little does he know that this mission will not only force him into action but also send him to a journey where he will discover his past, the consequences of his actions, the cruelty of life and perhaps the one emotion that he has never experienced before as a lonely ass Virgin.
