Having lost 3 of the 4 Time Gears, the Queen of Time employs her fairy Tsuki to head to the past and find a girl with the power of the Cures inside her to take on the task of protecting the timeline. Meanwhile the Queen's younger sister, Princess Charlemane has plans of her own for the the timeline.
