Maxine Reina Vergara's life have always been 'normal', she goes to her job; as a barista; in a coffee shop, doom scrolls at work, comes home to her unemployed, alcoholic mother and does all the chores. Although she hates it, she was always content, living her life like this until she bumps into Maggie Vera, a freshman in Hilltowne University.

Her world turn upside down as she learn the secrets of her past, including that she is a witch with incredible powers, and the truth about her supposed 'normal' life.
She will have obstacles and problems in her journey but her newfound sisters will help her face them just as how she helps them face theirs.

PS. The story still follows the original script but it will be in the point of view of Maxine and certain shipping would change depending on this story.
