Prince and the Magician

In a distant land, two societies were constantly at war. To join the two societies and halt the ongoing wars, a marriage was set up. Prince Lance and Prince Lotor were to be wed.
Nights before the wedding Lance had willingly disappeared to seek help from a magician whom he later falls for. When their plot to kill Lotor backfires, Lance is met with a decision-will he sacrifice his love to save his people or remain with whom he truly loves?
