Most of the characters are based around the series we all know and love, Gotham. This story is written around the series yet plots and ideas are mine, so plz don't steal my ideas thx 
You meet Jerome at a young age at the circus and from then on the two of you just bonded; from working at the circus to trying to killing Bruce Wayne.
