In a world of chaos and lies, how hard is it to believe that there are some people among us that possess powers that may be beyond our comprehension? How hard is it to believe that there is an organization out there that wipe out any threats that these beings may possess.... How hard is it to believe that I am one of them? My name is Ruina Black, I'm twenty seven three old and I possess powers beyond others and my own control. I come from another realm, not unlike this one, I've come in search of allys to fight alongside me in the coming war. And if you are reading this then you are one of the beings I have selected to join my team. We will be coming for you, stay safe until then.
My first fanfiction ever, if you've seen split or Mr. Glass then you understand this book. If not then... I don't suggest reading this. I am using a character from my friends book, Defenders of Destiny. Go check it out! This will contain the events of Mr. Glass and Split.

More about the lives they lead without the masks. But just keep in mind, people who live in the world have all different skin colours. Do not assume my characters are of one unless I state them explicitly. and diversity is welcome here in my novel! Anyhow, back to the story. Ever wonder where supervillains go after their fight with the hero? What about the other side of the story? It's not like they sit in their lair cackling all day and planning how to kidnap reporters. What about the lives they lead? And instead of just focusing on that, what if the superhero and the supervillain knew each other? I mean, can they see behind the mask? No, so their identities are secret. So what if the hero and villain were best friends? What if they were roommates? What if they were falling for each other? And what happens when they find out? Now, I assume you know all of these questions will be answered in this book. But hold on. It's going to take a while. You're in for a bumpy ride. And if any of you got any of the references in this description, give yourself a pat on the back. That is a beautiful thing. As I grew up in difficult conditions I dismissed all those ideas out of my head. Tales are for children and nothing of it was true. Or so I thought.
