In the city of New Orleans, Louisiana, nothing is quite what it seems. Living in the city are Liam and Charlotte, who were inseparable since the day they met in first grade. But on Liam's sixteenth birthday, Charlotte was killed in a hit and run. Now, a year later, Liam still hasn't moved on and is in a deep set of depression. When new girl, Colbey, moves to town, she takes an interest in Liam. When he rejects her, Liam is visited by the ghost of his best friend and together they work to get Liam's life back on track and get to the bottom of what really happened to Charlotte that day, and the secrets she was keeping that ultimately lead to her demise.
