In the city of New Orleans, Louisiana, nothing is quite what it seems. Living in the city are Liam and Charlotte, who were inseparable since the day they met in first grade. But on Liam's sixteenth birthday, Charlotte was killed in a hit and run. Now, a year later, Liam still hasn't moved on and is in a deep set of depression. That person is a boy a little older than her, more involved in a darker and criminal life. If you want to know what will happen to Nora and who the mysterious guy is, start reading this book.
