Ils se menaient une guerre incessante. Le seul moyen d'arrêter cette guerre était que l'un des clans montent sur le trône impérial. Cependant sur l'île Aogashima régnait les défenseurs ancestraux du trône, le clan Sakura. Ils avaient choisi cette île pour ses montagnes impénétrable.
