Harry nor his little brother, Ash,  have been normal in the Dursley house. The two reminded so much of their parents before their deaths,  and their Aunt hates it.  She's never had a connection with her sister,  and she wants to keep it that way. 
But soon their plans to keep out all magic comes to a hault when Harry and Ash notice the 'strange' and 'Magical' stuff that happens around them.
