What happened?

I woke up like normal... I got up had breakfast and watched tv but today was different... I woke up to my mum and dad arguing as usual. I look down at my poorly painted toes and my ankle bracelet as I say, "What now?" My dad stops shouting at my mum and says, "Your mum has been bit by some weird drunk man on the street! She needs to go to the doctors about it. But your mum thinks you need a baby sitter. " I laugh and tell them to go. A baby sitter is she mad?? I put the kettle on and then see its not working. No electric? I hear drunk men shouting outside. I give up and go back to sleep. "Muum?" I shout. No reply... I get up and open the door... What I see is the dead walking around...
