Help me! I've been trapped within this forest of insanity. These things keep attacking me, these creatures within this deep dark abyss. I have seen many of them within my days of running. None of them are human, not even close. They seem to speak within a language that I personally cannot understand. Yet the beasts of the forest keep coming after me. Not to kill, but to chase. Is this a game to them? Who are they? Skinny white bodies, yet to be taller as any normal human. Razor sharp claws, yet to their growth, they look to be unused. Untrimmed for combat, even in a forest like this, seems unnatural. Why? In these days of running, I need an escape. Somewhere to where I'm free. I want to go home, I... I know your parents are strict but I truly think they just want what's best for you." She says nothing. For a moment I fear she's mad at me but then she puts her head on my shoulder and I know we're okay.

I pull my canteen out and take a swig of my hot cider letting it warm my body, but got interrupted by my sister shouting at me over the wind. "Can you take a picture of me? I have to post it to my followers when we get back down the mountain!" I already feel my body fall backwards as the ground under me disappears. I look up at my sister whose face has morphed into shock. My body feels as light as a feather. This is the end for me I know it. I brace my self for deadly impact, but it never comes.. A bright light flashes as everything around me goes white. I wake up to be laying in soft snow with my rucksack on top of me. My head spun as I sat up. I look around and all I see are large trees. In fact, these trees look larger than any i've ever seen in my life, which includes the ones on Animal Planet. Where the hell am I? I look up at the sky and I see two suns? Did I get a concussion? I have never felt so close and yet so far away from anything before. I could hear people yelling, they noticed I was gone. I have been locked up for so long I forgot what the forest felt like. Full of life and green. By the time someone notices they are heading the wrong way, it will be too late. My plan was to escape, run south for a bit, then circle back to my prison. As soon as they followed the scent south, I would run north. I could hear a river north, so I would run to the river then wade up stream so the scent would be lost. Find somewhere safe to cross, then take off, continuing north. My heart is pounding so hard I am afraid my captures could hear it and ruin the whole plan.
