What if Link had a little sister? This is the story of Layni, a young girl learning to by a knight skylofts illustrious Knight academy. Little does she know that her whole world would soon be turned upside down after a mysterious dream and her brother's disappearance. 

Join Layni as she experiences adventure, danger, and the surface world below her home. Layni has joined forces to fight evil with her brother and they will work to save the goddess' reincarnation,  and their childhood friend Zelda.

DISCLAIMER: I do not own the Legend of Zelda or any of the original Nintendo characters, nor did I draw the illustration for the cover. Credit goes to the original artist who is very amazing! I wrote this purely as a fan-fiction, so some events do not correlate to the actual storyline of the game. However, I added some characters of my own, and created fan and game based personalities for some existing characters. I hope you enjoy my story!

While Link and Zelda try to save themselves from the abuse, an evil prince from another country declares war on Hyrule in hopes of annexing the kingdom, and Link must go to war, leaving Zelda. And what dark secrets lie behind the Mirror of Twilight and the Queen's envy? Based on the classic fairy tale by Brothers Grimm and the animated movie by Walt Disney.
