"I think this is the loudest bar I've ever been to." I said covering my ears slightly "Can we please just go?" I pouted and blew a loose lock of curly hair away from my face.
"Haha mon ami, don't Forget the real reason we came here!" Lafayette smirked.
"Ugh! Laf, we're not going to find me a man." I said in quotes.
"Laurens, you doubt yourself. You should be glad that I'm making you do this." Lafayette spinned his bar stool around slowly. "Aren't you having fun?!" He tried to cheer me up. Spoiler alert, it wasn't working.
I had just moved to New York, I was sooo lost. All I had was some luggage, a room number, my honor, a tolerance for pain, a couple of collage credits, and my top-notch brain.
