Charlie Vencient the second takes after his father, who is the most famous serial killer in America. When he was thirteen his father was taken to prison to await trial. The outcome was known, but people wanted to catch a glimpse of this monster before he was put to death. Now a new killer is about. The police in twenty states have unsolved murders, with only one connection; they all were left with a note saying Charlie Vencient will be avenged. It is not until twenty eight people are found dead in a shelter do the pieces start to come together. The police now know that Charlie lied about killing his son. As the trial draws closer the now sixteen year old serial killer is making his way to see his father for what might be the last time.

What do you get when you mix two serial killers together? The most hated kid in town, that's what. You know what else you get right? Another killer to take their place. And guess who it's after. The kid who made up the rules of the game to begin with. How does that quote go again... Oh yes. Let the games begin. ---- I held it out to show him but he was still confused. "This," I said pointing to everything. "this was made by a 7 year old. I figured out how to make a secret code for myself and your looking at it." I tried my best to explain it to them. When you think about it, you'd think its not something a seven year old would come up with. It was something my dad taught me. He had a map and would point to a place and explain to me how to find its coordinates. He hadn't really expected me to pick it up so easily. Especially making a game out of it.
