Connor Lake is a normal boy in the eyes of the public, but behind closed doors, Connor is being abused by his now guardian after his parents died in a car accident when he was fourteen. Connor thought is life couldn't get worse but it does when a crazy man steals him away claiming to be a werewolf and his soulmate.
Jasper Manson is the alpha of The Wild Hunt pack in a small werewolf run town in the middle of nowhere. So when humans are spotted in his territory, he must investigate, expecting to find hunters he found his mate, who happens to be male.
Connor is a broken boy, that just doesn't trust easily. Can his so-called 'soulmate' save him not only from the monster chasing him but also from his own demons in his head.
