Soon to be eighteen year old Reese Campbell is sent off to small town Colby, Florida to live with her aunt for the summer while her parents are participating in doctors without borders. Reese doesn't plan on doing much while she's in Colby, but then the lifeguard decides to take it upon himself to teach her how to loosen up. In a weird turn of events she ends up with his sweater and kind of forgets to give it back to him.
