An 18-year-old boy by the name of Thomas Adams, in the 1970s, is struggling with his sexuality, he has good grades and he's on the swim team, but every day, he gets teased and ridiculed.
This story is based upon a 2000s movie by the name of "Common Ground"
however, most characters are only based upon the ones from the movie, some will be completely original.
