Absence of Light

Anya Smith was like any normal highschool teen. Except for the fact that she didn't fit in, didn't have many friends, and didn't share many interests with her peers at school. She liked the solitary life, everything was peaceful and quiet, just they way she wanted. "If you don't have any friends, then you don't have anybody to impress, right?"

That all changed when Nathan Collins joined Maytown High on the first day of Junior Year. A loud mouth know-it-all who took a particular interest in the quiet girl.
