It was a hot summers night, a semi popular band has just finished having a concert just a few blocks from down the restaurant you worked. You couldn't afford the tickets, heck you could barely afford to feed your 6 cats. Taking home all the leftover food that been thrown away, sadly smiling while looking at your pets happily enjoying themselves. More often then not, you'd had to join them. Money was tight and almost every cent went to your rent of your already torn up two-bedroom apartment. The band was making a lot of noise and since the place you were working at was not very busy during the day, you had the chance to happily enjoy your cigarette outside the kitchen, while listening to the music far away. They were good, really good. You've been following them since the beginning. Before the main singer and the bass player came. When there was just that tall curly haired man and a blonde man... you wished life was different
'Y/N THE COUNTERS AREN'T WIPED CLEAN, THEY DON'T DO THAT THEMSELVES' your thoughts were interrupted by your not so great boss. Tears almost filled your eyes as you yelled 'COMING!!!' back at him before tossing your cig at the ground and walking in.
