This is a combination of a dramonie Hogwarts reunion and a Granger family reunion.
Hermione disappears after the war and no one has seen her in 13 years.
Hermione hasn't gone to a Granger family reunion in 18 years and she has to deal with her terrible family.
But was Hermione really a Granger before she became a Malfoy?
Basically the same storyline, but I am going to try and make it different.
All rights go to the goddess J.K. Rowling and whoever was the first person to come up with the Granger family reunion and the Hogwarts reunion.
There is also a bit of a Percy Jackson crossover, and I might do something with that family in a different story.

Myra Granger and Leo Malfoy
What happens when a set of twins is separated at birth by their mother. Now one lives with her while the other lives with his father. To make matter worse they live 4,624 miles from each other. All either of them ever wanted was to meet their other parent. So what happens when Hermione and Myra go back to England for a Hogwarts class reunion? Will the siblings ever meet each other and find the truth or will they stay separated for the rest of their lives? What about the relationship between Hermione and Draco how much has it changed in the past sixteen years that they have not seen or heard a word from each other? Sure they have children together but only a few people know that Leo was not the only child. When Hermione found out that she was pregnant she had no idea what to do. She had just finished Hogwarts and she had no job. Sure she technically had Draco but how would he react to finding out she was pregnant and not with just one baby but two? Instead of telling him, she went to Ginny and Harry's house to tell them but when she tried she broke down in tears and instead ran to a secret park Harry had shown her. 2 months later on May 22, 2004, Leo Remus Fredrick Malfoy and Myra Narcissa Lynn Granger(Malfoy) were born. That same day Hermione decided that it would be best if Leo grew up in Draco's care while Hermione took Myra to America to begin a new life. So that day she took little Leo to Malfoy Manor and left him on the porch with his birth certificate and a letter she wrote to Draco. Then she gathered what she needed and began her journey with her small daughter to America to begin their new lives. Does not have any thing to do with my Why Him? story.
