Alanna Kyles suffers from a brain tumor. After meeting her favourite boy band, One Direction, she undergoes a huge surgery that may terminate her cancer once and for all. When her new boyfriend, Zayn Malik, finds a way to have her tour with the band, her entire life changes. Not even two weeks into the tour they have to turn around and go back to Alanna's hospital, but for something totally different. When Zayn ditches both her and the band, Alanna needs to make some tough decisions with the help from the rest of 1D.
