When a boy(Niall Roberts)falls in love in a girl( Bella Andrews)who is stone hearted. Gives him a challenge by not showing his feelings for her.Only his friend(Anne Mays)knows who it is and coding her name by "Percent". Everybody keeps telling him to tell her, but he is scared of what might happen in the end.

Percent and Niall have been friends since grade 7. They are not that close but they are cool towards each other, even though Niall has feelings for Percent. He also sends secret letters to Percent but, Percent never knew who it was. Everybody ships them but they don't like it except for Niall who only acts like he doesn't.Niall does everything to make them be close to each other.Until one day they had lab partners which made Percent be with another boy(Salem Drews)while Niall with his ex( Sierra Alice).

Niall will confess at the right time and moment.He has been getting ready everyday but never gets the words out of his mouth.
