This is a story of girl. A girl with a tragic past, of kidnapping and murder. At fourteen she was dragged from an underground barrack after listening to her family being slaughtered, and being sent to serve a king with only one thing on his mind... living longer than the prophecy foretold. This is a story about a endangered race of women, and about a woman who knows far too much about a single piece of jewelry.
