The four boys decide to spend Jack's final days on the road, travelling to all the places that holds memories of their friendship. Alex has been in love with the sick boy for as long as he can remember. After some convincing, Alex decides it's best to tell Jack how he feels before its too late but does someone else beat him to the chase? But sadly, one day their fun will have to come to an end...
