Best friend's brother kinda romance... But without the clichè. "Being with Rose is like talking to the ocean. To the sky. To the stars and the moon and forming constellations in her eyes" A pause. The world seems frozen in this moment, in this smile forming on my lips "It's hearing her voice and it holding secrets I didn't know I needed to hear. It's hearing her heartbeat in the silence and knowing; I'm not alone" *** Asher has lost the one person that understood him better than anyone else. He thinks the darkness will follow him forever, but when he meets Rose, all he sees is light. He laughs. And for him, that's enough. That's more than enough. Rose isn't afraid of death.
