"Please let me go," I say through sobs, as the woman tries to care for my wounded thigh and other injuries. She avoids eye contact with me. "I'm sorry," she says as she finishes cleaning my wound. As I try to calm down I look at my surroundings. I'm in a room that is for prisoners. There is shackle on my neck that is connected to the ceiling and it gives me enough length to walk around the room but it restricts me from walking 8 ft to the door. She gathers her stuff and walks to the door. As it opens she looks back and whispers with pity in her eyes. "The Alpha is coming to talk to you." and with that, she leaves me shaking.
That's it he's coming to finish me.
I curl up into a ball on the floor beside the bed. All this fight and this is how it's going to end. I thought to myself. I heard a door open and as the footsteps got closer I started to shake.

The Situation
