Agent 4 is defeated by the mind controlled Squid Sisters, and Octavio has taken over Inkopolis. She recruits new people, including Matt, a one-inkling-slaughterhouse who helps Agent 4 and the recruits take down Octavio and save Inkopolis. 

It took me SO long to make that cover.
