Project : Islam luck and releif words , whould it work ?

as simple as the title ,
I heard a lot of stories about people who tried these words as a mean of releving stress , and bringing luck, miracels and happiness , and got what they wanted ! I have heard Miracles happens regardless ! the question is : whould those words and says work on any body else ? if not all at least chrestiens ? jewis ? who ever beleif in god !
Iam Enviting Every one who is willing to partipicate here , wether you are Chrisien , Jewis or any one else !
