In a not so normal city of Winnipeg, 16-year-old Cedric Greyson discovers his great ability of 
telekinesis, which had remained dormant for years now until he kills his drunk stepdad accidentally in a furious argument. 

After many failed attempts from the IASB to reach Cedric. Cedric is finally confronted by Simon Doyle, an elite warrior belonging to the IASB who introduces him to a secret organization for supernaturals, like him; unknown to him, there have been recent attacks on people by mutants.

Cedric decides to do what is right by joining forces with Simon, and the IASB in order to put a stop to the person or thing causing havoc in their city. Not until they discover a deep secret that puts all their efforts on halt.
