Yubin is an esper in the Toaru series (Railgun and Index). Yubin arrives hoping to find a better life because of his mad scientist father. So he move to Academy City to study,(away from his father) and the fact he know Touma makes everything easier. Also Yubin will go through some of Touma's experiences instead of Touma.
Touma = Magic Side
Yubin = Science Side

Ben 10 moves to academy city to establish a plumber base in the futuristic city. And to add on to his list of problems Azmuth drops off three 5 year old girls with the minds and body's of 12 year olds who are also bens little sisters/clones. Mikoto misaka is the third strongest esper in academy city. She meets Ben after being saved from aliens by him. Not long after she starts to feel something for the strange and heroic boy. Mikoto Misaka, also known as The Railgun has faced many things. Evil demonic extraterrestrials, school, evil mages, psycho scientists, angry dragons, apocalyptic dieties, soul eating hollows. But now she must face the greatest of all challenges: growing up as a half dragon. Mikoto's dragon mother Thundaarix appears one day and tells Mikoto that at 15 years of age, she is slightly overdue to take a sacred Dragon tradition known as a rite of passage where Mikoto must journey to the mountains with her mother to meet her dragon family.
