Yubin is an esper in the Toaru series (Railgun and Index). Yubin arrives hoping to find a better life because of his mad scientist father. So he move to Academy City to study,(away from his father) and the fact he know Touma makes everything easier. Also Yubin will go through some of Touma's experiences instead of Touma.
Touma = Magic Side
Yubin = Science Side

Watching Accelerator
This will be a story where the characters watch Accelerator. I do specifically mean Accelerator, the character from A Certain Magical Index, as well as A Certain Scientific Accelerator and A Certain Scientific Railgun. I will not be doing the 2 famous and well known Touma vs Accelerator fights, nor anything from Railgun because I haven't watched any of that. 10/6/22 I am going to do one of the Touma vs Accelerator fights because it fits into the story and should make a nice finish to it, but still nothing from Railgun.Complete

See his reaction towards the unspeakably dark aspects of the City happening, as his interference changed the story of the Sisters completely. This is my second story circling around the series, I decided to skip the Therestina Kihara Lifeline part and jump straight to "Sisters" because I couldn't find a way of fitting my character in completely with the girls in a short period of time. Instead, for the Sisters Arc, Misaka was all alone due to her not deciding to drag her friends into it her personal matters. Making it more appropriate to fit my character in. Mikoto Misaka is the third strongest Esper out of that 2.1 billion that dwell in Academy City, being also a prestigious student at the most high class all girl's school in the entire world. Naturally, having such high powers, she has faced many weird phenomenon within the city known for the weird and scientifically advanced. However.. her knowledge about the universe is challenged when she meets a particularly weak esper named Ben Tennyson, whose been living on the streets because he couldn't afford the dorm.
