Yubin is an esper in the Toaru series (Railgun and Index). Yubin arrives hoping to find a better life because of his mad scientist father. So he move to Academy City to study,(away from his father) and the fact he know Touma makes everything easier. Also Yubin will go through some of Touma's experiences instead of Touma.

Introduction: The battle between the Three Great Factions ends in utter disaster. Or does it? Our heroes Accelerator, Dark Matter (Kakine Teitoku), and Railgun (Misaka Mikoto) find themselves in the Ninja World. Of course, not all is well for the unlucky trio. As you can imagine they are stuck and do not know how to return to their world. If only this were their only problem because the trio finds themselves in a slew of never ending troubles, but luckily they find a certain village hidden in the leaves.... Author's note: I do not own Naruto or the To Aru series. I only own the original plot of this story which may coincide with the plots of the other authors but will ultimately have its differences. I will consistently be editing the story and will throw out notes if I make any changes in past chapters that will affect the story progression. I love both these series, so this is my way of promoting them and having some fun with them at the same time. Although it is mostly just a writing exercise for myself so here goes nothing. This is my second story circling around the series, I decided to skip the Therestina Kihara Lifeline part and jump straight to "Sisters" because I couldn't find a way of fitting my character in completely with the girls in a short period of time. Instead, for the Sisters Arc, Misaka was all alone due to her not deciding to drag her friends into it her personal matters. Making it more appropriate to fit my character in.
