At the climax of a Gang war, between the three reigning gangs of North America, The Saints, The Hell Hounds and The Razorbacks, Billie
Joe Armstrong makes big decisions in the life he leads. He goes for his dreams of fame.

In the process, accompanied by is friend-enemy, the 'Saint' Jimmy they meet the cousins Jason and Rosalie Blake, members of the Razorbacks. With an almost instant connection between Billie and Rosalie, the Blake's nomadic life style is taken in to question at the risk of the Hell Hound figuring out their presence in Rodeo California.

With the Hell hounds at their trail once again, stands have to be made, words they might have ate must be said, and the people they are afraid to trust must be let in.
