On brief return from his honeymoon Detective Scott Accardo is notified with the death if his partner: Detective Cole Miller, turns out detective Miller had been handed a black hand from an organized crime dynasty, other detectives and the chief of police know that this organized crime syndicate found his true identity out. With the loss of his best man Accardo decides to take the plunge and go undercover to fulfill the units needs of information to put the most wanted mafia kingpin inside.
