Dirty Little Secret
Being in an abusive relationship is hard, but leaving is even harder. I never thought my sweet, charming boyfriend I met freshman year of college would've ended up this way, but he did, and I don't know how to get out of it. But on my twenty-first birthday when his older brother and I are left alone, we make a mistake. A big mistake. It should've just been a one-time thing, but some things are just too hard to stay away from. Maybe, just maybe, Lucas Weston can be my dirty little secret. And I can be his. The Boy She Saw in the Hospital
"Death isn't just one thing that happens and is over with. That description fits life more. Death is eternal. I mean that's how I view it. Death brings joy and pain. In my opinion life should be viewed as death is. The end. Death is the beginning. A new life, a fresh new start. Its beauty is unmatched. I imagine it feels like stars bursting, a million smiles and just pure happiness." Cancer. What a pain. Valerie's crippling illness leaves her hospitalised, bored out of her mind, dreaming of how she just wants to be a normal teenager. Although her thoughts are constantly intruded by someone. The boy. She was intrigued by him, he visited everyday at the same time, 2:47pm. She wanted to know his story, why was he here? Is he visiting someone? Her curiosity overflowed her. Anyways, it didn't matter, for her illness was getting better and she could finally get back to school. Sophomore year. Gosh. She could finally be a normal teenager. Then she saw "him" in the school hallways. The boy. Although he seemed different, less warm, more cold. It was like he put up a façade and barricaded his true self. Discovering You (You Series, Book 2)
Finding Happiness Spinoff - Jordan (Cole's best friend) My past haunts me. I don't do relationships because of it. I hook up, one night no feelings. Feelings make things difficult and I do not like complications. The moment I saw her I knew she was going to ruin me. Break every wall I've build around my heart. It started to happen just by the first glance. My Mom always told me I'll have to grow the hell up sometime, I guess this is growing up. I never wanted anyone more than I wanted her, when one night turned into two nights, then all the sudden we woke up tangled together I knew I was a goner. I needed her, I needed everything about her. Proving I was good enough for her was the only thing I was worried about. I have Daddy issues. Mine wasn't around much, I mean like he's around just didn't give a crap about my brother or me. I'm not close to my Mother either so I guess I have Mommy issues too. I'm just a big blob of issues, I don't do commitments because of this. I've worked my ass off in school to be where I'm at now, and I don't need a man to mess any of that up. I'm not a slut, I just know what I want, and a relationship is not that. Then I had one night with him, that one night changed my entire life, it quickly moved into two nights then we were basically together all the time. I walked away from the best thing that has ever happened to me. Maybe I'll find my way back when I'm not so scared to ruin his life. This story has a lot more bedroom scenes than the others just beware before hand! There is loss, and PTSD, and may have some triggers so here is your warning. Hope you enjoy! Huge shout out and thank you to SamanthaSapphire and DaisySalgadoPham for help with naming this one!! 💖Concluida
WHAT THEY SEE
"I got you something." He told her pulling away, while she watched him curiously until he pulled out a pandora bag. Her eyes widened at the necklace with an infinity symbol in crested with small little diamonds. "How you even afford this kari?" She questioned, unable to take her eyes off of it. "Shit, my savings." He rubbed the back of his head that possessed his starter loc twists. "That was so nice of you, you didn't have too." She smiled softly finally looking at him, "Can you put it on me?" He stood behind her and she moved her hair out of the way as he put it around her neck and clipped it back together. Her hand immediately went to it. "I'm never gone take it off." She promised him turning to face him. "I love you kari." "I love you too, hone. Til Infinity." --- When an unfortunate sequence of events suddenly separates two bestfriends, Dakari and Honesty, with no plausible reason, it's shakes up the world of the two inseparable individuals. With no goodbyes shared, Dakari was left feeling alone and heartbroken by the sudden disappearance of the only person outside of family that he cared for deeply. The outside world declared Dakari mad at the world, and he didn't think he could ever get over the missing void created by her absence. When honesty finds herself back where it all began, she discovers the hard way that Dakari no longer wants anything to do with her. The unexpected reunion rekindles unbearable memories of their deep connection and the painful separation that slowly but surely leads them back to each other. It's up to them to pick up the pieces of their broken friendship as they confront their past and face what's in store for their future, whether it's together or apart. They must decide if their love is strong enough to hurdle over the obstacles sent their way from every angle. Is true love worth fighting for no matter how long it takes?
