When Negan realised how much Rick is turning this kid into a little serial killer he knows someone has to do something and who better than his father's archenemy. So Negan decides to take him under his wing. Perhaps Carl prefers Negan's fatherly figure over Rick's. What's going to happen when the shit hits the fan? Will Negan shut that shit down, no exceptions? Or will actions be made in the heat of the moment?
