I just want to see the stars with you.
Being the sibling, or twin in fact, that was hardly ever noticed, was never popular and didn't have anything going for me, was never easy. My brother in fact, was in somewhat the complete opposite when it came to attention and life goals. However we were very much alike; same interest, same music genre, our favourite films and books were very similar too. We were identical twins, well as identical as boy and girl siblings can get. Our eyes, dimples, nose, mouth, smile- the little folds and creases around the edges of our lips. The only thing that made us different was- other than the fact he was a boy and I a girl- that my mother didn't care who I was, she only cared what he did. And the fact he was in an amazing, successful band called 5 Seconds of Summer.
-"They might scold you, tease you, and overstep your boundaries, but overprotective brothers love louder than words can say."-
In the heart of New York City, fifteen-year-old Callen Smith hides his troubled soul behind a mischievous grin. With a rap sheet as long as the Brooklyn Bridge, Callen's chaos is a mask for his mental health struggles. But a twist of fate lands him with five controlling brothers he never knew existed, or rather, he never knew he needed; flipping his world upside down.
As Callen navigates sibling rivalry and the absurdity of family ties, he glimpses the warmth he's been missing. Torn between chaos and newfound care, can Callen face his inner demons and embrace the family he needs? Or will he be stuck as a lost boy hidden in the shadows of his past?
